Enrollment in the Program:
To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete affiliate application via ShareASale.com. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the affiliate program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
- promote sexually explicit materials.
- promote violence.
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- promote illegal activities.
- violate intellectual property rights.
If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply at any time.
Restrictions on Marketing:
You may not advertise or otherwise promote Civant Skincare or any of its products through search engine advertising programs of any kind or description, including but not limited to keywords, adwords, pay-per-click, and the like, through any search engine including but not limited to Google, Adwords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, MSN Paid Search, and the like.
The use of auto-redirects, Iframes, hidden frames is not allowed. Any button/link pointing to your affiliate URL must be clearly labeled so users are aware of the link's destination. You may not mislead users into clicking a link by promoting offers or discounts. Civant does not make use of any promotion or discount codes. Advertising of such codes is not allowed.
You may not use any trademark terms such as CIVANT or MELADERM in the domain name of your website. Alternate spellings of these terms are also not allowed.
Use of unsolicited commercial e-mail ("spam") is absolutely prohibited. Your participation in the affiliate program constitutes your specific and unconditional agreement to abide by this anti-spam policy. Use of any lists, whether purchased or created, compiled by means of automated tools are not permitted. Also, you must use valid e-mail headers at all times.
